Through our phased application approach, we’re looking for outstanding talent that has the potential to thrive as a member. Please note that the complete admission process takes between 1-2 months.

Challenge

If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to complete a short challenge and an aptitude test to evaluate your technical skills and mindset.

Video

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a short video telling us more about themselves and their motivation to become a member of Project Y.

Final Interview

Finalists will be invited to an interview with our team during which we will assess your motivation, skills and fit for our community.

1 month free trial

Finalists will be asked to complete a one month trial to determine fit, reliability and motivation for the membership.
